Season Subscriptions

Support SST!

Ordering a subscription assists in our financial stability and helps us reduce advertising costs. Subscriptions are available until the opening of our first show of the season in November.

Save Money!

Subscription prices offer a significant saving over purchasing single tickets.

First Choice of Seating!

Order your subscription before mid-September (when single tickets go on sale) and get first choice of seating. Get your favourite seats for all shows in the season by ordering a subscription for the same day and week for all shows.

These pre-season subscription orders are accepted by mail and e-mail over the summer and tickets are sent out in early September.

General Theatre Policies

Box Office on Show Days

The Box Office is staffed on show days, and opens approximately 45 minutes before show time. The Box Office email and phone are monitored regularly at other times.

Seating of Patrons

The house opens for patron seating approximately 30 minutes before show time. Latecomers will be seated at the first available break, in seats closest to the rear doors. As parking can sometimes be a challenge, particularly during the winter, please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to ensure you are in your seat prior to show time.

Photography, Audio & Video Recording

Photography, audio and video recording during performances is strictly prohibited. Pre-and post-show photos of the set, yourself, and any other areas in the theatre are welcome. If you post to Social Media, make sure to tag us at #thesouthsimcoetheatre.

Babes in Arms

Please note that babes in arms are not permitted at any performance, including That December Show.

Parking

As SST is located in a residential neighbourhood, we do not have a parking lot. Parking is available on the south side of Hamilton Street (please note the No Parking signs). Parking is not permitted directly in front of the theatre as it is a fire and unloading zone and is marked with signs on show days. Parking is also available on the East and West sides of Hwy 27, and on assorted side streets near the theatre. Please be respectful of our neighbours and obey all no parking signs. Failure to do so may result in your being ticketed or towed.

COVID-19 / Health & Safety Policies

We continue to monitor the COVID situation as it affects our community, and follow the guidance of the Simcoe-Muskoka District Health Unit. There is good evidence to support that masks do help to prevent the transmission of this and other viruses. While they are optional, we welcome you to wear a mask while in the theatre.

Our theatre, common spaces and high-touch areas are cleaned regularly during the run of each show. If you have any questions about any of our policies, please email us at info@TheSouthSimcoeTheatre.com.

Notice About Wheelchair Accessibility

At present, The South Simcoe Theatre is not wheelchair accessible, and the theatre can only be accessed via two sets of stairs. Please know that this is important to us, and we are working with the Town of Innisfil to see if any improvements can be made in this area.
